Home is where my heart is

I'm back in Malaysia safely.

I brought back 10set of dates, 3 small jars of honey and 5pcs of cloth (may be table cloth) from Tehran.
I bought 3 Fly Emirates T-shirts, 2 camel and a tiger dolls from Dubai airport.
I need to pay back the company RM83 from the amount of RM8K that I advanced from the company.
I'm tired and haven't slept for 2 days. I enjoyed Hitch, School of seduction during my trip by B777-200 both from Tehran to Dubai and Dubai to KL. Kelly Brooke rocks! Actually the flight will continued to Jakarta from KLIA. Emm... Emirates already upgraded their aircraft from A340-200 to B777-200 for the Tehran to Dubai trip. This means unlimited films for me. It was a full flight and the meal served was slow. One thing for sure. I actually prayed in a normal way instead of praying by the seat this time (I better jot this down). Luckily the flight was very smooth.

When you are away from home.

My boss keep asking me questions that I cannot control from here. To tell the truth, I have a lot of work in my pocket and seems that other people is bailing out. Nobody care to take responsibility and I keep ask the same question to people. Talking about effective leadership here. I was confuse with my department management style. Always they stress of team work and other things but you know my boss is always busy and have no time to plan the job properly. We have 2 things here. First is too many things to do in little time as always and second, as always changes happen. When you face these everyday, people tend to forget and keep on doing things that they want to do. How to make things clear to everybody. My big problem is that engineers are new comers and I need time to develop them. Always I cannot get good project because the engineers are new and not have senior skills. After these people getting better, they move to other company or to another group set by my boss. No motivations and compensation make people getting sick and tired. I don't know if I can opt for the same.... going for an interview for another job. May be, this is the time. People says that money is not important but for me now it is getting more important everyday now.

I need to rethink my future.

In Tehran again

This time I took KL-Dubai flight. Met with Sam Bahar. He's on the way to Sudan. The guy that been my dormmate back in my school daze, once was my bed mate when we were form 2. Met a couple of Malaysian, single ladies working in Dubai. Doze of after watching Perfect man. Good story. Heard some funny sound by the plane. Guess it was Airbus 330-200 trademark. Met with JK and Shahnaz in Dubai airport. Khoo was sleeping in the lounge, I guess. Their flight delayed for 4 hours in IKA. They will fly back to KL via Bangkok instead of Singapore. Taking A330-200 to IKA. Smooth flight but kinda filled up little bit. Get the aisle seat! Good lord! Arrived in Hotel on Friday afternoon and planning to visit Tehran Metro (Built by the Chinese Co- may be for being cheap price). But I was sleeping all day and nite. Wake up for third time at 5:45am the next day. I was freshing up well and ready for breakfast. Boy! I did not know how come I can skip lunch and dinner in a day. I need sleep more than food.
