2 weeks after school starts

I saw bruises and cuts on my sons nose, left eyes and right cheek. I was furious. I ask questions to him. He kept quiet. I take out his shirt and saw bruises on below the neck areas each front and back. He started to tell a story. It was a horrid one. I cannot believe it. Is he the victim or the agressor. When?
